The TLP181 is a GaAs IRED & photo-transistor. The TLP181 is a small outline coupler, suitable for surface mount assembly. The TLP181 consists of photo transistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode in a four lead plastic DIP package.
